1. Contact Us Inside the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to get help is to send feedback directly from the app. Sending feedback this way automatically includes helpful details, so we can respond more quickly.
- Open the app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Contact Us.
- Describe your problem or feedback and submit it.
2. Contact Us by Email
If you cannot find the Contact Us option in the app, you can email us directly at [email protected].
To help us investigate and respond faster, please include the following information:
- App name — the name of the app you are using
- Version number — shown in the app's Settings or About screen
- Language — the language you use the app in
- Currency — the currency set in the app
- The problem — a short description of the issue you are experiencing
- Screenshots — images showing the problem, if possible
The more detail you provide, the faster we can understand and resolve your issue.
